This year's Pike Peak Week was a great success. We had dozens of kids come out and have a blast playing kickball. We would like to thank everyone who helped make it possible. Overall, we were able to raise over $2000. The winners of our Kickball tournament were the lovely ladies from the Chi Omega Soroity.
Pikes Peak Week is a weeklong philanthropy event to raise money and helps out Pi Kappa Alpha's philanthropy which is Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Kentuckiana. The weeklong event consists of activities that are aimed at raising money and concludes with a kickball tournament that involves kids involved with BBBS and other Greek organizations. Members of Pi Kappa Alpha act as a "big for a day" while members of other Greek organizations team up with kids to compete in a kickball tournament.
